Job Summary:

PPL (Project for Pride in Living) is looking for a talented, detail-oriented person with strong evaluation skills to join the Homeownership & Financial Coaching (HOFC) team. The Data  Reporting Specialist will work closely with the HOFC team. They will be responsible for the integrity of the data when reporting to outside stakeholders. They will conduct intake and enrollment and data entry across multiple online databases, including through emails, ensuring data integrity across various systems and providing regular updates and reporting to management. Reporting will be to both management and outside stakeholders. This position will also help evaluate and document efficient processes to streamline data entry components of HOFC programming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct intake and enrollment for HOFC within Salesforce Homekeeper, Salesforce LISC, Apricot, and Data Collection Databases. Once all items are received, they will set up appointments.
  • Case-note relevant emails in appropriate databases
  • Enter data into multiple online databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout reporting systems– audit/balance across all reporting systems. Make sure the required documents are within the files
  • Submit timely reports to different system organizations, including the HUD, HECAT, DCS, NAZ, HOC, and Apricot systems, and track down payment funds administered by PPL.
  • Pull credit reports and put in files
  • Assist with data clean-up and evaluation projects
  • Create and maintain online forms, graphs, and flyers for internal and external partners, including strategic data visualization.
  • Collect, document, and share best practices associated with systems management and reporting.
  • Support our internal and external workshops.
  • As needed, assist with training staff and AmeriCorps members on various database use.
  • While most of this role is focused on HOFC, additional Career Readiness data will fall into this scope of work when needed/

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no employee supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work as a team member and independent, self-motivated staff member.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Minimum Technology Qualifications:

  • Advanced ability with Excel is a requirement.
  • Interest in and aptitude towards data management is a requirement.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, Zoom, Teams, Canva, and online meeting platforms.
  • Ability to use office equipment including telephone and voicemail system, copier, printer, fax machine and scanner.
  • Ability to access and navigate online databases.
  • Ability to use MS Outlook.
  • Ability to navigate the internet and electronic timecard system.
  • Ability to navigate computer networks (files, drives, and folders).
  • Ability to navigate SharePoint
  • Ability to create online forms through FormSite
  • Ability to generate required reports for Funders within various databases

Education and/or Experience:

  • BA/BS degree preferred in a related field (additional experience may substitute for education).
  • 1 year of experience with data entry, service delivery, and related fields.Specific experience with Apricot, Homekeeper, and/or Salesforce is a plus.

Salary: $23.00-$24.32/Hr., DOQ
