Job Summary
Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative, and mission-driven Senior HR Generalist to join our team! This role focuses on Benefits Administration and HRIS Management, playing a key part in supporting our employees and advancing our equity-centered HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead bi-weekly payroll processing and ensure compliance with wage and tax laws.
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits, including health, dental, FSA/HSA, disability, and 403(b) retirement plans
- Manage HRIS systems (Paylocity), ensuring data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements
- Oversee FMLA, STD/LTD, and other leave programs
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and compliance reports (EEO-1, ACA, 403(b), OSHA, etc.)
- Support training coordination, policy updates, and employee offboarding
- Partner with the TEC team to foster an inclusive, equitable workplace
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll and benefits
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Hours: Full time, Exempt
Salary: $60,000-$72,000/ annually
